British astronaut Tim Peake posted an incredible timelapse video of the United Kingdom and Europe on Wednesday evening from the International Space Station (ISS).
Major Peake’s latest glimpse from space shows what the continent looks like at night time – beautifully lit up by homes and streetlights.
He captioned the video with the words: “Hi UK and BBC Radio 2 Simon Mayo listeners, waving right back at you!”.
